- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking using accepted payment methods.
- Refunds & Cancellations:
- Customer Cancellations: Subject to the cancellation policies of service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.).
- Cancellation Fees: Penalties may apply if cancellations occur outside the provider’s cancellation window.
- Non-refundable Bookings: Some services may be non-refundable. Please review policies before confirming.
- Booking Changes:
- Domestic: $90 AUD per person + airline fee + fare difference.
- International: $90 AUD per person + airline fee + fare difference.
- Disputes: JNA Travel reserves the right to investigate and make final decisions based on our Terms and Conditions.
4. Corporate Accounts
- Corporate Bookings: Businesses may create accounts for group or employee travel.
- Corporate Terms: Valid business details required; additional terms may apply.
- Payment Terms: Custom payment plans available upon agreement.
- Cancellations & Modifications: Follow general policies with potential flexibility.
5. Travel Agents
- Becoming an Agent: Apply to become an authorized JNA Travel agent.
- Responsibilities: Agents must follow booking policies and local laws.
- Commissions: Eligible bookings earn commission; rates and schedules vary.
- Termination: Agreements may be terminated for policy violations or poor performance.
6. Liability
- Third-Party Services: JNA Travel is an intermediary and not liable for third-party actions.
- Limitations: We are not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages.
- Force Majeure: Not responsible for delays due to natural disasters, wars, strikes, or other uncontrollable events.
